I’m thrilled to introduce my next inspiring stories guest, Dr Faezeh Gholami. Fae has worked at IBM for nearly 7 years and is currently the STSM – Chief Architect for IBM zSystems I/O Development and Data Centre Connectivity.
Fae was one of over 70 attendees at Optica’s Level Up Leadership 4-day event in March 2023 which I facilitated and I was struck by her courage and willingness to be open about her experiences and tackle some of the more challenging topics within DEI.
