Life Lessons From Encanto

Have you ever had an epic life lesson from a Disney movie? I know I have. My daughter repeatedly sings Frozen’s “let is go” song when I am cycling her on the back of the bike to pre-school. I know how different my life is when I make the time and space to let go of thoughts and emotions fully.
I came across Disney’s latest movie Encanto and was instantly entranced. So much of the characters and songs were similar archetypes to what I describe in my work to help clients move beyond imposter syndrome. The Pusher, The Perfectionist, The Pleaser and so many more.
Your mission, should you choose to accept is to watch Encanto and observe the many ‘selves’. An excellent primer for my 3-day masterclass BEYOND IMPOSTER SYNDROME.
