I’m so excited because the one you have been waiting for is finally here! It’s my 5-day Career Launchpad Challenge which reveals proven strategies to help you figure out ‘what’s next?’ and make it happen!

Most of us are so busy working IN our careers that we forget to work ON it. Complete a career performance audit to refocus your attention and accelerate your progress.

DAY 2: WHAT HOLDS US BACK?
Take the discovering your selves quiz to uncover the parts of you that might be causing the most challenges so that once identified we can create a strategy to move forwards unhindered.

DAY 3: CAREER DESIGN
Most of us design career steps based on our skills and qualifications and try to fit ourselves into the jobs available at that time. Flip everything you know about career design in its head by turning tasks into talents to get more flow and create a natural leadership pathway.

DAY 4: PROFESSIONAL POSITIONING
Use my 4-part mission statement scaffolding to powerfully position yourself in the marketplace to gain more visibility and traction.

DAY 5: ELEVATION STRATEGIES
57% of new hires come from networking and referrals. Lean how to elevate your career with three elegant strategies.

Consume and complete the tasks is under 15 minutes per day. Tasks will be released at 06:30 daily.
