The Autumn Conundrum

The 30th September was the last day of Q3. We are officially in Q4 of 2020. What a year it has been…so far!
It’s time. Take stock of what you leave behind and what you need to do to maximise the harvest of 2020 so far.
I know it’s tough. We have all been doing so much more than I suspect we even recognise and acknowledge to ourselves.
Autumn is my absolute favourite time of year. I love nothing more than a cold crisp day crunching leaves of all different shade under feet.
The trees are letting go of what they don’t need, so tell me, because I really want to know…
What are you letting go of?
For me, I’m letting go of my own constraining rules. During the pandemic I have had to reimagine childcare, my working day, work-life balance, friendships, exercise. The list goes on.
The rules I was living by at the start of 2021 no longer serve me at this time.
So what is it for you? Speak soon,
Hannah
PS: hit reply, tell me what you are letting go of that is no longer serving you.
