The Portal

I recently finished a 6-week intensive personal development course for coaches called ‘The Portal’. In the final session we did a visualisation exercise to step beyond ‘The Portal’. Walking forwards, I was invited to open different doors as they appeared and speak to older versions of myself, to soak up the wisdom.
